Could be my favorite happy hour place in all of San Diego. First, the hotel, lobby, and restaurant/bar area at Grant Grill are first class. Second, they offer a happy hour EVERY day (yes, including weekends) until 8PM--how cool is that. They have select glasses of wine by the glass and beer for $ 6-8 and the best part of their happy hour is the food offerings. The Kobe beef sliders (normally $18, but $ 9 during happy hour) are to die for along with their killer steak fries !
